wrong key dirty under bed
My check-in process was a total DISASTER. They gave me the wrong key, to a room someone was already in! It was beyond awkward. there was a disturbing amount of dirt UNDER the bed. The rest of the room seemed clean enough, at least.

fantastic staff amazing room spacious room no water no amenities street noise
The sicilian staff member was fantastic. The room was amazing and super central. The rain shower was good. The room was also very spacious.
The room lacked complimentary water. I also noticed there were no amenities. There was no phone to call the reception. People were sleeping on the street nearby.
